Girls' Empowerment Group
Designed and facilitated a bi-weekly girls' group at Lewisville ISD targeting social skills, self-esteem, conflict resolution, and behavioural development for students in grades 6–8. The programme ran for two years and served 40+ students per semester.

At AISA Abu Dhabi, coordinated a structured university recruiter visit programme bringing admissions officers from US, UK, Canadian and Australian universities directly to campus for grades 9–12. Students gained direct access to admissions guidance they wouldn't otherwise have.

Designed and organised school-wide wellbeing initiatives including World Kindness Day and Celebrate Life Day at AISA Abu Dhabi. These events promoted mental health awareness and built a culture of community and belonging across the high school.

Developed and managed 20+ Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) at Fort Worth ISD, collaborating with general education teachers on differentiated instruction and providing 6-week progress reports. Conducted in-service training for staff on identifying learning disabilities.
